Peonies are one of my favorite cultivated flowers. This painting was inspired by a garden of peonies I once lived near, with a backdrop of the high plains. The painting is watercolor on 140# archival deckled edge paper with ink detailing. Sold and shipped in a black floating frame with gallery glass to protect the painting.
